You will need to enter payment information each time you make an order at Ostanding because we will not retain your credit card information for future purchases. We will retain your address and information concerning your past orders, but for your safety your payment preferences, credit card numbers, and financial information, will not be saved on our computers

The credit card that you used to pay for the original order will be reimbursed in full in the event that you receive a defective shipment from Ostanding. You may not receive reimbursement in any other manner.

Industry standard encryption methods are in place on the Ostanding web site to protect your private and financial information. The closed padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen shows you that your information is being encrypted before it is transmitted across the Internet.

Ostanding will not keep your personal credit card information on file. Your information will be protected by a secure server when you make your order, but Ostanding will not keep your information.

The credit card information that you provide to Ostanding will be used to secure payment during your checkout process. You will be notified if for any reason the payment method was declined by the issuing bank.

Ostanding requires that you pay for the order when you make it and cannot ship items cash on delivery. You will need to use your credit, or debit card to arrange payments before your order is completed and sent to the design staff.

Unfortunately, the Ostanding site is not set up at this time to accept electronic checks. Since all orders are customized all orders must be paid for prior to making and shipping. You can use your checking account debit cards to pay for your Ostanding purchase

Ostanding does everything they can to protect all of your personal information, including your financial information. We use encryption methods that are approved of and we never share your information with anyone outside of the Ostanding billing office.

You can use several different credit cards to pay for your order. You can also pay using debit cards.
